Shipping and Returns
Shipping Policy: Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in shipping including local delivery errors or international customs issues. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary and/or be delayed in circumstances such as severe weather, holiday seasons (especially Christmas). We are not responsible for packages not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting improper shipping information. All orders are shipped to the address that the customers enters at the time of order placement, not their PayPal address. We are not responsible for packages that are returned due to failed delivery attempts or packages that have been returned due to the customer not picking up their parcel up at their local post office, or packages that have been refused. The customer will be responsible for all re-shipping costs, as per refund policy.
* ALL ORDERS INCLUDE A TRACKING NUMBER. You will receive your tracking number by email when your order is packaged and in the mail.
USA - Generally 5-10 business days.
Australia - 2-6 weeks for delivery.
Canada - 2-10 business days for delivery.

Cancellation Policy: Your order can be changed for instance if you decide to make a change to your color selections. This must be done immediately upon placing your order as all orders are sent to production once received on our end. Orders begin production almost immediately after placed, therefore making cancellations difficult. Unfortunately in most cases, we cannot cancel an order once placed. Cancellation requests MUST be done within 2 hours of order placement by an email sent to email@example.com
Return Policy: As all of our items are made to order to your specified color(s) and combinations, all sales are final. iSigns Decal Studio is not responsible for ordering errors such as color choices, customer typos, or change of mind after your order has reached the processing stage or failed attempts at installing your decal. If you are trying to match colors, please order color samples before placing your order.
If you receive your decal and there is an error in color, spelling or anything else that was the fault of us, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a detailed description of the error, and we will promptly send you a replacement. (Please note that a photo may be required).
If your item is returned to us, cancelled, or refused, the customer is responsible for all return costs as well as re-shipment costs. If there was an error in the shipping address and the parcel is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost to re-ship the order.
